GPM Music Group was born out of frustration with traditional music marketing systems that left independent artists overlooked. We built the system we wished we had.
Our Story
After years of experimenting with campaigns, playlists, and data, we created a reliable, transparent, and results-driven marketing tool called the Spotify Targeted Integration System. What started as a passion project to fix what was broken in the world of music marketing, has now helped thousands of artists grow organically and sustainably without bots, fake streams, or shady tactics.

Founder: Noah
Noah is the founder of GPM Music Group and has been involved in the music industry for over 6 years. He brings a diverse background, spanning from being an independent artist himself to working as a successful artist manager and business relations specialist, alongside holding a degree in sports medicine. Noah founded GPM Music Group after experiencing firsthand the challenges he and his artists faced when trying to find early traction on Spotify and build sustainable momentum in their careers. Frustrated by an industry that often failed to put artists first, he set out to create a playlisting and marketing system that delivers consistent results while remaining transparent, scalable, and accessible to artists at every stage of their journey.

Campaigns: Hayden
Hayden McHugh is a digital marketing strategist and Head of Campaigns at GPM Music Group, with a strong focus on performance-driven advertising for performers and artists, internationally recognized festivals, and live cultural events. Hayden has worked hands-on with musicians to build and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive real audience growth and measurable results. Alongside his work in music marketing, he has also contributed to the local creative community through initiatives like MusicGives YYC, raising funds and creating opportunities for emerging artists and youth programs.He joined GPM Music Group with a shared mission of building scalable, transparent, and artist-first campaign systems that push the industry forward.

A&R: TC
TC is an A&R expert with a deep and extensive background in music production, mixing, and mastering. He plays an integral role in identifying and developing emerging talent, helping match each artist’s sound to align with the unique vibe, energy, and emotional tone of our playlists. TC is also deeply involved in understanding and servicing the evolving needs of the artists we work with, providing them with personalized support and guidance to help them grow. His ability to bridge the gap between artistry and audience ensures that every song reaches the right listeners and are placed where they can make the most impact. He also collaborates closely with our campaign and marketing teams to ensure each release is strategically positioned for maximum reach and performance.
