Refund Eligibility
We stand by the quality and compliance of our music promotion campaigns. However, refunds are only available under the following conditions:
Unfulfilled Pitches
Campaigns may take up to 28 days to fully complete but if you have not received any playlist pitches within 7 days of purchase, you will receive a refund with email confirmation.
Stream Estimates
You are not eligible for a refund if your final results fall short of the estimated number of streams in your package, as this is purely organic marketing. The estimated ranges are based on past data and not guaranteed.
Distributor Takedowns Due to Fake Streams
All GPM Music Group campaigns are designed to comply with distributor rules. We want to be absolutely clear: we have never, and will never, use bots, click farms, artificial streaming, or any fraudulent methods. Every campaign is built on authentic listener growth and real audience engagement. Our reputation and your success depend on genuine results, and we are firmly committed to ethical, transparent marketing practices.
If your music is taken down due to alleged fake stream detection, you may be eligible for a refund if you have not received promotion services from any other company within the past 8 months, you provide read-only access to your Spotify for Artists account so our team can verify campaign activity, and the campaign in question was purchased or ongoing within 30 days of your takedown notice.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation of a campaign if pitches have not yet begun. Once a campaign has started, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Processing Refunds
Refunds may take several business days to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed.
